EnglishGuys lately I’m having some problems with my neck and can’t stay long at my computer for quite some time. So I want to apologize if I will be a bit less present in the site for a while and posts less frequent.
Anyway, in these days I was thinking about a new section on the blog’s post where to publish articles in a ‘list’ format where to group things/links found around about every theme that can be interesting for you too to bookmark and share.
The idea is not yet fully developed but I’ve made a post below that’s an example of how it can be, or at least a ’sketch’ of the idea.
I would like to develop it with you. What do you think?
Please share your own thoughts in the comments space. New ideas and every additional note and suggestion are really welcome.
For example, let me know, what arguments you would love more to find in these ‘list posts’ ? How you would prefer they are written and formatted (a longest list of links without images? Or viceversa? A shorter description?)? How often you’d like to find these post published?
ItalianoRagazzi ultimamente sto avendo alcuni problemi al collo e perciò per un pò di tempo non potrò rimanere a lungo al computer. Quindi, voglio scusarmi se sarò un po ‘meno presente nel sito e se i post saranno meno frequenti.
Comunque in questi giorni stavo pensando ad una nuova tipologia di post in cui pubblicare gli articoli in forma di ‘lista’ raggruppando links trovati in giro su vari argomenti che possono essere interessanti anche per voi da salvare e condividere .
L’idea non è ancora sviluppata del tutto ma ho fatto qui di seguito un post che è un esempio di come potrebbe essere, una ‘bozza’ di questa idea, insomma. La vorrei sviluppare con voi. Cosa ne pensate?
Fatemi sapere qui sotto, nei commenti. Nuove idee e suggerimenti vari su questi ‘articoli lista’ sono benvenuti.
Fatemi sapere, ad esempio, quali argomenti vi piacerebbe di più trovare in questi ‘articoli lista’? Come preferireste fossero scritti e formattati (una lunga lista di links senza immagini? O viceversa? Una descrizione più breve?)? Con che frequenza li vorreste trovare pubblicati nel sito?

The program of the class is really juicy: 3 guides, 26 step by step projects (with at least 1 new sewing technique in each), 3 live chats, 1 tip post on how to invent & adapt projects of your own!
You can see ALL the previews (with nice images) & descriptions of EACH project, so that you have a clear idea of what you learn and how much skill you’ll obtain by the end of Home Ec.

EnglishIn this period I’m always excited because here in Italy, preparations for the Intenational Exhibition of illustrations for children are in the air!
We are at the 28th edition of this fabulous show called ‘Le immagini della fantasia‘ where works of more than 150 artists from all over the world come.
The little and magic city where all this happens every year is Sàrmede, Treviso. Now also called ‘the land of tales‘.
Besides its regular fixture in Sàrmede, since 1991 the exhibition has been shown in Venice, Madrid, Aix en Provence, Genoa, the Pompidou Centre in Paris, Lublijana, Lisbon, Seville, Salzburg, Vienna, Istanbul, Naples, Monza, Stuttgart, Siena, Verona, Florence, Rome and Munich.
The 28th Exhibition will open on the 16th of October till the 19th December 2010. Yes, we’re a little early but lots of other interesting things are organized in combination with this show from the summer until winter season.
In fact in the summer the International School of Illustration (from June to September) open its doors: every year in Sàrmede fantastic courses with illustrators from all over the world take life at diverse levels and techniques.
In december, other than the Exhibition, a full week of magic with colorful children/tale themed markets with every kind of handwork (all it’s handmade!), puppets, music and shows fills the streets of the whole city creating fantastic atmospheres.
Sarmedemostra.it is the official site of the event (the italianversion has some more infos than the english one, if you want to use a translator).
Lately an active group of people also launched an association that want to give further support to this event and to the school of illustration of Sàrmede. Here’s their facebook group T’ illustro and the newborn T’illustro blog of the association.
Unfortunately the official site hasn’t so much images of all the fabulous illustrations, the crafty works and shows, but I go there every year and I can assure that it’s simply a charming place full of inspirative works and WONDERFUL images.

In questo periodo sono sempre elettrizzata perché qui in Italia i preparativi per la Mostra Internazionale dell’ Illustrazione per l’infanza sono nell’aria!
Siamo alla 28esima edizione di questa fantastica mostra chiamata ‘Le immagini della fantasia‘ che vede opere di oltre 150 artisti provenienti da ogni parte del mondo.
Il piccolo magico paese dove ogni anno accade tutto ciò è Sàrmede, Treviso. Ormai ribattezzato ‘il paese delle favole’.
Oltre al suo appuntamento fisso a Sàrmede, dal 1991 la mostra è stata presente anche a Venezia, Madrid, Aix en Provence, Genova, Centre Pompidou di Parigi, Lubiana, Lisbona, Siviglia, Salisburgo, Vienna, Istanbul, Napoli, Monza, Stoccarda, Siena,Verona, Firenze, Roma e Monaco.
La 28esima edizione della mostra aprirà il 16t Ottobre fino al 19 Dicembre 2010. Si, sono un pò in anticipo ma, molte altre interessanti iniziative sono organizzate in corrispondenza di questa mostra, dall’estate fino alla stagione invernale.
In estate infatti apre le sue porte la Scuola Internazionale dell’ Illustrazione (da giugno a Settembre): ogni anno a Sàrmede prendono vita fantastici corsi di diversi livelli e tecniche con illustratori famosi da tutto il mondo.
Anche in altri momenti dell’anno la scuola è aperta ed organizza laboratori e altro; consultate il sito per tutte le informazioni.
In dicembre poi, oltre alla mostra, un’ intera settimana di magia con bancarelle colorate di ogni tipo piene di creazioni a tema infanzia/bambini/favole (tutto fatto a mano!), burattini, musica e spettacoli vari, riempiono le strade dell’intero paese creando atmosfere fantastiche.
Sarmedemostra.it è il sito ufficiale dell’evento.
Ultimamente un attivo gruppo di giovani ha anche aperto un associazione che si propone di dare ulteriore supporto all’evento e alla Scuola dell’Iillustrazione di Sàrmede. Questo èil loro gruppo facebook T’ illustro e il nuovo blog T’ illustro della stessa associazione.
Sfortunatamente il sito uficiale non ha moltissime immagini di tutte queste meravigliose illustrazioni, dei lavori artigianali e dei momenti di festa nel paese, ma io ci vado ogni anno e vi posso assicurare che è un posto incantevole e ricco di immagini STUPENDE.
