 Today I’m starting a new series called “Geometric Wow”. I think that creating a series following a theme is a funny way to explore and find fresh inspiration. Isn’t it?  You know, women like to renew the “box of wonders” they have in their room so, inspired by this, I’ve made my wish list from the most beautiful works submitted by  I like when creatives overturn the rules! Is in this way that lot of ideas can born, as for the brooch with dangling legs on a body of pearls, or for the accessory on the shirt with socks and  Did you already know Guisela’s works? Here I’ve made a little selection but you can find other creations at the Under a New Light Etsy shop and browse her Flickr page and Blog too. As you already know, I love things that has a vintage look and I found that these jewelry and accessories have a particular mix of vintage and modern shapes and geometries. An interesting combination. Don’t you  Each one of these works are a source of inspiration and ideas. For the colors (and their combinations), the shapes, the materials and the photos themselves. I love you guys! Every little creation made with passion by you, is a big gift for my eyes, my mind, my soul and my heart! I’m proud about how our IB Flickr Group is growing. The level of quality, originality and the aesthetics of your works and photos is every day higher. I’s so. Look  The colorful gardens that are flourishing in these first sunny days of spring made me want to create a “blooming” theme. That explosion of energy, freshness and delicacy in these  he featured art of today is by The Pin Pals! Two original girls – Samantha Purdy and Sara Guindon – from Montreal, Canada. They create original cross-stitch jewelry (such as brooches, earrings and hair barrettes) with their own designs and handmade paper puppet dolls with amazing illustrations. I love the packaging  The theme I choose this week is “Lovely Color Schemes”. I wanted to put together some of the works that impressed me for the combination of colors used by artists. Besides being very beautiful, they show us also the importance of the choice of colors and how the final result can be achieved with a perfect  When Jena from Miss Modish introduced me the Redraven’s art and told me that these lovely works would be perfect for Imaginative Bloom, she was right.
